Character Creation and Integration

Creating and integrating characters into Nerima's setting shouldn't be an extraneous and complex thing, and it isn't. There is no registration, nor a need to speak to anyone about creating a character. You just do it. All you have to keep in mind is that Nerima has structure, and it's all listed on this site. As long as you don't do anything to offset the structure of the realm then everything is fine.
